Neil at Master Auto Detailing did an absolutely phenomenal job detailing my Ford Bronco and applying a fresh ceramic protective coating. His attention to detail is on another level, and the results are obvious the moment you see the truck. The paint has incredible depth and shine, the plastic trim looks rich and clean, the top looks refreshed, and even the headlights and taillights look crisp and clear. This was a three-year follow-up ceramic coating application, after Neil also handled the original coating fairly soon after I bought the Bronco. Three years later, the truck still looked great, but after Neil worked on it again, it honestly looks brand new. That says a lot about both the quality of the products he uses and the care he puts into the work. What stands out most is how thorough and careful Neil is. He didn’t just focus on the paint and call it done. He treated the whole vehicle properly, including the plastic trim, the top, and the lighting. Broncos have a lot of exterior surfaces that need the right kind of attention, and Neil clearly knows exactly how to care for them. I’m extremely particular about this truck, and Neil is the only person I would allow to touch it.

I ordered a car detailing service because my seats were very dirty. The technician said the price would be higher, so I paid $200. However, he only cleaned the bottom part of the seats. The next day I contacted him asking how this was acceptable for that price — what about the seat backs, seat belts, and the rest of the interior? He came back and cleaned the seat backs, but everything else was still dirty. He spent less than an hour on the job and did a very poor, incomplete job. I do not recommend this service.

Neil did an incredible job cleaning the interior and exterior of our Wagoneer at a very reasonable price. He was prompt at responding to my inquiry, he was able to schedule an appointment the same day and show up at the time he committed to. He cleaned our car in under two hours and it looked absolutely beautiful. We will absolutely be using Neil on an ongoing basis! Having him come to our house to clean our car was extremely convenient and worth every penny!

I wish I had taken before and after pictures he did an excellent job was able to get majority of the cigarette smell out, that alone was a miracle. Neil removed the cabin air filter, which had not been changed since the car was purchased and cleaned all the stains from the fabric seats. Also, I called late Sunday afternoon and was able to get an appointment within 15 minutes of me calling! Lastly the friendly and professional service was top notch!

Neil killed it! I booked a 2 hour interior detailing and 1 hour exterior wash. He had all the work done in the half the time, and the car looks great! Very reasonable compared to some other shops, and he'll come to you!
